Walt is a Broker, Area Sales Manager and Trainer for Royal LePage in Oakville.
Following an extensive corporate career in finance and administration, Walt began his real estate career as a Relocation Coordinator with the Ontario Provincial Police. Walt’s responsibility included managing the relocation of 900 members and their families from Toronto to Orillia. Walt was licensed with 1996 and joined the Royal LePage North Service Road in Oakville. After 9 years in sales, Walt was appointed to the position of Broker and Sales Manager for the Royal LePage City Centre Office at Square One in Mississauga. In 2007 Walt opened the 3rd Royal LePage Corporate Office in Oak Park in the Uptown Core of Oakville.
Walt assumed the role of Chair of the OMDREB Managing Broker’s Council in 2009 and represented the Broker’s on the Board of Directors. Walt has been acclaimed for a second year and will serve as Managing Broker’s Council l Chair and Board Administrators’ Council Chair in 2010. He also sits on the Finance Committee, Vision Task Force and Revenue Diversification Task Force.
