What’s the Difference?
RECO Real Estate Update – Is mandatory during each 2 year cycle and cannot be carried forward.
RECO Real Estate Update provides concise and timely overviews of legal issues and legislative changes, along with important information on programs and initiatives by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). This course is required for registrants in the mandatory continuing education program effective January 1, 2000.
RECO Real Estate Update is designed to advance existing skills and knowledge in the interest of consumer protection and delivers information that is relevant to all registrants throughout Ontario.
This six hour course is offered in the classroom, through correspondence or online at www.orea.com.
