According to figures released December 5 by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales reported by OMDREB REALTORS® sales increased 6.5 percent for Single Family homes but decreased 12.9 percent for Townhouse/Condo Homes compared to November 2022. Median Sales Price decreased 7.6 percent to $1,300,000 for Single Family homes and 1.3 percent to $789,500 for Townhouse/Condo homes. The total number of new property listings increased 5.9 percent for Single Family homes and 51.2 percent for Townhouse/Condo homes compared to this time last year. CONTINUE

For years, The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB) has called for numerous changes to the mortgage stress test through conversations with Members of Parliament, on behalf of members and their clients. OMDREB commends the federal government on listening to industry stakeholders and partners, as shown through the release of the Fall Economic Statement earlier today, which includes a new Canadian Mortgage Charter. According to figures released November 6 by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales reported by OMDREB REALTORS® sales decreased 18.4 percent for Single Family homes and 16.5 percent compared to October 2022. Median Sales Price increased 6.0 percent to $1,405,000 for Single Family homes and 5.1 percent to $825,000 for Townhouse/Condo homes. The total number of new property listings increased 35.3 percent for Single Family homes and 15.1 percent for Townhouse/Condo homes compared to this time last year. CONTINUE

OMDREB's fundraising efforts for 2023 will directly benefit Halton Women’s Place, including the OMDREB Annual Charity Golf Tournament being held on Tuesday, September 12 at Piper’s Heath Golf Club.
