Jack McCrudden has been a professional REALTOR® and Member of OMDREB for 30 years. Prior to working in real estate, Jack was a National Sales Manager in Canada for one of the largest office supply manufacturing companies, where he was in charge of budgets, sales promotions, hiring and training. He also owned and operated a successful real estate company for ten years prior to joining the RE/MAX Real Estate Centre in Milton.

Jack has served on the Board of Directors as the President in 2011 and 2014 and is actively involved with the Board of Directors as a Milton representative for the last six years. He has chaired the Government Relations Committee, Commercial Committee; Professional Development Committee and Milton Initiative.

Jack is the past President of The Kinsmen of Milton and District, which raises funds to support community projects and provides goods and services to families in the community.

Jeff has been a professional REALTOR® for 28 years and has been a Sales Representative with Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. in Oakville since 1989. He has been a consistent award winner with Royal LePage winning the Chairman's Club Award, Diamond Award, Director's Platinum Award and Lifetime Award of Excellence to name a few. In 2015, Jeff was recognized as OREA’s Volunteer of the Year.

Jeff was a Director on the Board from 2007 to 2016 and served as President in 2010 and again in 2015. Jeff is an active Member and served as Chair of the MLS® and Information Technology Committee for many years (for which he is currently co-chair). He has also been a member of the Finance Committee and was on OREA’s Finance Committee for two years.

Jeff is also currently serving a two-year Director position with ORTIS and is Co-Chair of their MLS® and Technology Committee. Jeff was also a member of the OREA Universal Data Sharing Task Force and the OREA Finance Committee.

Michele has been a REALTOR® and Member of the OMDREB Board for twenty-two years. She is a former Director and Past President of the Board and has stayed active on many of the Committees, including Leadership Development, Education and MLS®.

Michele brings her expertise and knowledge of current and past issues as well as her leadership skills to the Board. She knows from personal experience that taking on the position of President is a demanding job and feels she can offer direction, add value for our Members, look to the future needs of the organization and make sound decisions. She is committed to an inclusive team approach and fostering collaborative working partnerships.

Tom Au-Yeung has been a REALTOR® and Member of the OMDREB for 16 years. He has served on the Programme Committee for six years and has completed all three levels of the OREA Leadership Courses.

As a Director “I will listen to you. I will make your concerns and objectives as mine and provide you with solutions. I will open the channel of communication to report progresses of Board activities that are important to you and your business. I will introduce new and exciting social events and group benefit programs to enhance your life.”

Alun has been a Member of OMDREB since early 2005 when he joined as a Sales Representative with Prudential Town Centre Realty Inc. Early in his career he was greeted with much success and is a three-time award winner and produced in the top 5 per cent in North America for Prudential. In 2008, Alun earned his Brokers License.

He is currently a Broker with Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd.

Alun believes in maintaining a professional image along with the highest levels of integrity within his business practice and it is this integrity-powered leadership that he brings to the Board of Directors. He is committed to continually striving to increase the effectiveness of the services provided for Members at the Real Estate Board.

Aziz Kanjee, Past President, has been a REALTOR® for more than 31 years, most recently as principal of his own firm, IPB Realty & Finance Inc., formerly of INPROBUS Realty Corporation.

Aziz is a past Director of OREA’s Commercial Council and an OREA instructor in Phase 3 of the Association’s Commercial Course. He has completed OREA’s Leadership 300 course.

Aziz also chaired OMDREB’s Vision Task Force in 2011 and has participated in many other Committees and Task Forces over the years. As a great believer in the importance of voluntary service, Aziz has been actively involved in a number of charitable causes for over 31 years including the Jubilee Garden Non-Profit Housing Corp., and was awarded an Ontario Voluntary Service Award in 2007.
