Busy Real Estate Brokerage is looking for Part Time Receptionist/Administrator for their Oakville and Burlington offices with Real Estate Front Office experience. We are in search of someone with excellent people skills along with a strong Customer Service Background.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
1. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Friendly, articulate, and able to operate a multi-line phone system.
2.Working knowledge of Real Estate Software - Quick Office Commander (Candidates will be tested).
3. Excellent Computer Skills - proficiency with Outlook and Word.
4. Excellent troubleshooting skills
5. Proficient on Real Estate Boards: OMDREB, TRREB & RAHB.
6. Excellent multitasking skills
7. Excellent keyboarding skills.
8. Motivated and Driven!
9. A team player!
10. Trustworthy and bondable.
