Will Mansour - eXp Realty, Brokerage of Canada (Director)

Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, I moved to Canada with my family when I was four years old. Throughout my teen years, I spent a great deal of my time in GTA rinks playing minor hockey. This hard work paid off for me as I eventually played Provincial Junior “A” followed by four seasons in the British Elite League. Upon completion of high school, while in the UK, I attended the highly touted University of Ulster in Northern Ireland for Forensic Psychology. Back in Canada, I spent six years in the corporate sector working in sales and marketing with two multi-national companies before realizing my passion was in real estate. I have a work ethic that is unparalleled, which is evident in my commitment to my clients and team. In the competitive ever-changing sales and marketing environment, I have developed an organizational management style that combines clear direction and consensus building with a strong sense of plan and structure. In my spare time, I enjoy to play organizational hockey and am an avid golfer. I encompass a strong sense of family values and currently live in Oakville, Ontario with my Family.

David Marshall - RE/MAX Aboutowne Realty Corp., Brokerage (Director)

I started my real estate career straight from graduation at the University of Guelph in 1999. I joined forces with my mother, Korrie-Sue at Re/Max Aboutowne and we’ve enjoyed a very successful and rewarding experience selling real estate in Oakville, Milton and Burlington. I still remember a valuable lesson from the beginning, always to treat your fellow Realtors with respect and fairness. I think keeping an open mind and always trying to keep perspective during difficult negotiations have been a key to our success. Early on I was involved with the Golf committee but starting a family led me in another direction. I would like to get more involved with our board and help with moving us forward through some difficult decisions.

Guy McMurray - Century 21 Dreams Inc., Brokerage (Director)

I started my real estate career in Russell, Manitoba as the Broker of Record for McMurray Realty in 1976. After 16 years as the Broker in Manitoba , I sold my business and relocated to Oakville. I enjoy working in the Golden Horseshoe area as a Realtor, and plan to continue well into the future.

Gianna Schiralli - RE/MAX Aboutowne Realty Corp., Brokerage (Director)

Gianna is the real estate Broker of The Schiralli Team. Gianna is a "high touch" Broker representing the younger generation who understands the market, the economics of buying and selling, and how to leverage all the tools available. She is able to bring a fresh and new approach to an iconic institution which has been around for a long time. Gianna sits on the YPEG Committee (Young Professional Entrepreneur Group) at the Chamber Of Commerce. She can use this experience to take the OMDREB’s YPN engagement to the next level. “My vision for OMDREB is to bridge the gap between the membership and the board. This can be achieved with enhanced communication, full transparency, accountability, and member engagement. Since the special meeting, it is evident there is an appetite for more information. OMDREB members simply want to be in the know. There’s nothing worse than not knowing what’s happening at the board level. Paying members deserve to be informed and weigh in on large decisions that affect their livelihood. Members should be encouraged to volunteer, ask questions and get involved.” As a director, Gianna will always keep the best interests of the members at heart and advocate for complete transparency. Let’s bridge the gap between the membership and the board together!
