According to figures released December 5 by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales reported by OMDREB REALTORS® sales increased 6.5 percent for Single Family homes but decreased 12.9 percent for Townhouse/Condo Homes compared to November 2022. Median Sales Price decreased 7.6 percent to $1,300,000 for Single Family homes and 1.3 percent to $789,500 for Townhouse/Condo homes. The total number of new property listings increased 5.9 percent for Single Family homes and 51.2 percent for Townhouse/Condo homes compared to this time last year.November 21, 2023

Median Sales Price increased 6.0 percent to $1,405,000 for Single Family homes and 5.1 percent to $825,000 for Townhouse/Condo homes. The total number of new property listings increased 35.3 percent for Single Family homes and 15.1 percent for Townhouse/Condo homes compared to this time last year.November 2, 2023
