According to figures released June 6 by The Oakville, Milton and District RealEstate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales reported by OMDREB REALTORS® decreased 6.6 percent for Single Family homes but increased 14.7 percent for Townhouse/Condo homes compared toMay 2022. Median Sales Price increased 1.5 percent to $1,500,000 for Single Family homes but decreased 3.3 percent to $869,950 for Townhouse/ Condo homes.

April 2023 Market Report

According to figures released May 9 by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales reported by OMDREB REALTORS® increased 1.8 percent for Single Family homes but decreased 2.9 percent for Townhouse/Condo homes compared to April 2022. Median Sales Price decreased 11.8 percent to $1,455,000 for Single Family homes and 7.0 percent to $846,000 for Townhouse/Condo homes.

Median Sales Price decreased 22.8 percent to $1,365,000 for Single Family homes and 16.8 percent to $815,000 for Townhouse/Condo homes.

Median Sales Price decreased 26.7 percent to $1,250,000 for Single Family homes and 26.7 percent to $715,000 for Townhouse/Condo homes.

Median Sales Price decreased 12.3 percent to $1,330,750 for Single Family homes and 15.5 percent to $716,000 for Townhouse/Condo homes.

The Median Sales Price decreased 6.0 percent to $1,410,000 for Single Family homes and 7.0 percent to $802,500 for Townhouse/Condo homes.
