COVID-19 Vaccination Sites Selected By Halton Region

The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board is pleased to learn that Halton Region has readied vaccination clinics for priority populations in preparation to vaccinate residents, pending more COVID-19 vaccine supply. One clinic in each municipality was selected based on the ability to maintain health and safety measures, accessibility and amenities. The clinics are not yet open to the general public. The clinics will first serve priority populations identified by the Province, beginning with adults 80 years of age and older. The Region’s ability to get these sites operational is dependent on supply from the Federal Government.

January 2021 Market Report

According to figures released February 4 by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales increased slightly in January compared to the same period in 2020. Monthly property sales went up by 41, totalling 346 compared to 305 in January 2020. The total number of new property listings saw a decrease of 86 this year: 430 new listings in January 2021 compared to 516 in 2020.

December 2020 Market Report

Oakville, ON, January 6, 2020 – According to figures released January 6 by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales nearly doubled in December compared to the same period in 2019. Monthly property sales went up by 146, totalling 297 compared to 151 in December 2019.

Oakville, ON, November 9, 2020 – According to figures released November 6 by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales increased drastically in October compared to the same period in 2019. Monthly property sales went up by 352, totalling 642 compared to 290 in October 2019. The total number of new property listings saw a large increase this year: 822 new listings in October 2020 compared to 503 in 2019.

September 2020 Market Report

According to figures released October 2 by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), the number of all property sales increased in September compared to the same period in 2019. Monthly property sales went up by 121, totalling 396 compared to 275 in September 2019. The total number of new property listings saw a slight decline this year: 566 new listings in September 2020 compared to 579 in 2019.

Monthly property sales went up by 123, totalling 420 compared to 297 in August 2019. The total number of new property listings saw the same this year: 547 new listings in August 2020 compared to 408 in 2019.
